AJ Irving grew up in Boise, Idaho, catching grasshoppers and writing stories. Her biggest dream in the whole world was to be a writer. Now she lives in Seattle with her husband, two children, two dogs, and a cat named Ish. AJ’s writing flame burns brightest when she works on picture books.
