My book signing last Saturday was my most memorable one yet. Family that I hadn’t seen for years came to the signing and gifted me a very special pen. I met a lot of amazing kiddos and a sweet little old lady named Catherine. She gave me a beautiful blue clasp pocketbook that she’s had for years. We chatted for quite some time about ideas for future books. She had boat loads of them! All of her ideas included magic and mystery and fun, which are all great ingredients to get children excited about reading. My goal is that all of my books inspire children to use their mighty imaginations. Mama’s Purse does just that, and I am excited about getting some new ideas onto paper and eventually into the hands of eager little readers.
Read today and every day to come because reading is so much fun!
